Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
Customers will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with estimated delivery details.
Delivery Timeline:
5-7 business days.
Delivery Charges:
Flat Rate: PKR 200.
Free Delivery: On orders of PKR 2000 or above.
Delivery Partners:
We collaborate with PostEx courier services to ensure timely and safe product delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available for all orders.
Order Tracking:
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID to monitor their order status.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Requests must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Provide the following details:
Order number.
Issue description (include pictures for damaged or defective items).
Upon approval, return the product to the address provided by HMS Care.
